Skills South East has a new grant available for leadership development. They are offering up to £1,200.00 pounds (excl VAT) for management and leadership development work. This must be match funded 40% by the customer, ie. If you went for the full £1,200.00 allowance you would have to pay £800.00 (plus VAT) for a programme worth £2,000.00 (Excl VAT).

There are a couple of restrictions on your eligibility.

• You must employ more than ten people. (there is no maximum limit)
• The management activity must take place in premises within the geographical area.
• The area covered is Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Milton Keynes.
• You will need to go through a diagnostic undertaken by Skills South East even if you have supplier in place. (this will involve about an hour of questions about your training needs)

Actual cost with grant £798.00 (Excl VAT) SAVING OF £1197.00
