Business Leaders 3
Business Leaders is a programme that has proved to be very successful in helping develop staff at senior management level - the Business Leaders.
The programme is now being extended to include businesses with 10-4,999 employees. It is designed to support senior managers such as you to develop, or enhance, the skills you need to inspire your staff and help you to achieve your business goals.
Business Leaders will help you to identify your own development needs and will then provide you with a match-funded grant of up to £1,000 to put towards appropriate development activities.
