Think BIG....Think Business Improvement and Growth

The Centre for Employment, Competitiveness & Growth (ECG) is launching a new executive development programme at the Kent Business School at the University of Kent. The Business Improvement and Growth (BIG) Journey will equip ambitious owner-managers with the necessary tools and techniques to enable them to realise their individual and business potential allowing them to plan and implement performance enhancing change.

The launch will be held at the Kent Business School on Tuesday 12th July from 1pm and will last for an hour. Please email S.O.Raby@kent.ac.uk for more information. During the launch you will gain an insight into the latest findings on SME growth and performance within the region and discover how research has informed practice ultimately leading to the development of The BIG Journey works. A networking lunch will also be provided at which the programme directors will be on hand to answer your questions.

In addition to this launch there will also be a number of taster sessions across Canterbury, Medway and Tonbridge aimed at those businesses that may like to take part in the programme.
